Senior Project Manager (Web Design and Development)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in web design and development. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering web design and development projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:

– Manage and lead web design and development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, account and project managers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
– Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders (both internal and external), ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
– Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any obstacles that may impact project success.
– Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
– Serve as a mentor to team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
– Uphold a high standard of professionalism, treating team members and colleagues with respect, empathy, and kindness.
– Take accountability for actions and decisions, accepting responsibility for project outcomes and striving for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
– Proven track record of successfully managing web design and development projects, in a leadership role for a minimum of 5 years
– Strong technical background in both front-end and back-end web design and development, including expertise in PHP, with knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
– Expertise with WordPress and Elementor, preferably with Security Expert/Certification.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear instructions, constructive criticism, and feedback.
– Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.
– A servant-leader mentality, fosters teamwork, mentorship, and a positive team culture.
– Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
– High level of accountability and integrity, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
