JOB DETAILS:
Company Name: Effective Consulting, LLC.
Position: Personal and Sales Assistant
Hours: Daytime availability – 9AM-7PM EST is ideal
Length of Employment: This is for a long-term position, hopefully for many years!
Salary: 80,000PHP+ per month!
Location: Remote, work from home with your own work setup (not provided by us.)
Experience Required: 3+ Years in the below skills – THIS IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THESE SKILLS.
TYPES OF WORK YOU WILL DO:
Purchasing – Computers/Parts/Equipment/Cloud services/etc. that we resell to clients, office supplies, internet/phone ordering, etc.:
· Placing orders for all items needed internally, or resold to our clients
· Checking our existing vendors & google to find the best pricing & sources for items needed
· Managing distributor & manufacturer relationships (reviewing pricing, taking advantage of promos, Registering deals etc.)
· Ensuring orders are correct and that they get to where they’re supposed to, Debugging when needed.
· AT & ITG cleanup (non-tech), inventory, general admin
· Checking pricing on things by phone/web
· Finding suppliers & product info & purchasing items for Brian that’s non-EC: home supplies, gifts, etc.
· Calling companies for info, appointments
· Solving issues by phone/web (lost package, incorrect or damaged delivery)
· Checking pricing & availability on items
· Finding suppliers & product information
· Building quotes, making adjustments by client request
· Once sales is completed by Sales team, proceeding with contract signatures/administration, purchasing, etc.
· Arranging appointments & attending meetings with information.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Daytime availability – 9AM-7PM EST is ideal, or very close to it. A little bit of after hours / weekend to solve the rare problem that can’t wait.
· Fast on the computer and very experienced with searching the web and using Google.
· Comfortable with MS office (MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook are ideal but not mandatory)
· Comfortable with Acrobat
· Experienced with E-commerce sites like Amazon/CDW, etc. (as a purchaser, not as a store manager). More experience in this area is key to ensure that the right product gets to the right place at the right time, for the right price.
· Good spoken & precise written English.
· Good, clear communication. Able to keep up with fast-paced English.
· Basic technical knowledge of common computer & network parts as well as online services like Microsoft 365, etc.
· Reliable computer, internet connection (later we could pay for a 2nd one as backup), and quiet/stable environment to work in.
