What the expectations are for you:
As the Senior Python Developer, you’ll lead our technical set up, developing products and delivering solid AI and automation work for clients. The goal is for you to hire your own team of technical people, so that you can become an architect and manage from the board level in a very short time. You’ll have 20% of your time dedicated to learning, research and product building which has long-term growth affects.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Load up ClickUp and have a chat to figure out how the day’s looking.
Put together AI systems that make businesses faster, better, more efficient.
Use Python (includes Selenium and bs4) to stitch everything together.
Play around with no-code tools to make things simpler.
Be really good at understanding and using data.
Communicate with the team to work toward company and project goals.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a minimum 5 years of Python experience and is an expert in automating tasks with Selenium and scraping data with bs4.
Know how to use APIs.
Have excellent experience with no-code tools.
Experience in mapping, transforming and storing data at a large scale.
Investigated AI, LLMs and it’s uses programmatically (OpenAI, Claude, Bard)
Passion for building AI solutions to difficult problems.
Can start ASAP
Available for 8 hours a day
Job Type: Part-time initially, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and skill level.
Pay: 10 USD per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm BST (4pm to 8pm PHT)
