The Role:
As a Senior React Developer, you will play a critical role in building and optimizing our next-generation web applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions that delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex React applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement
Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration with APIs
Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of professional experience with and its core principles
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Passion for writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Nice to Have:
Experience with React Native or other mobile development frameworks
Knowledge of TypeScript or other statically typed languages
Familiarity with modern testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
