Overview
We are seeking Senior Financial analyst to join our company. As an Analyst, you will join our growing real estate platform and get exposure to multi family real estate development. Our Analysts must have experience in financial modeling, fund-level reporting, underwriting debt and equity investments, utilization of CRE software (e.g., Argus, Yardi, etc.) and more. At Our Company, analysts play an integral role within the asset management team while helping bridge the gap between investment- and fund-level performance. Analysts are dynamic team players with strong integrity and the ability to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of equity investments across all multifamily and residential)
• Review and analyze business plans, leasing activity and monthly property operating performance
• Liaison with operating partners and leading members of the asset management team to review business plan execution
• Develop and maintain detailed asset-level cash flow reforecasting models in Excel with Monthly Cash Flows, Waterfall XIRR Functionality
• Complete underwriting and due diligence for prospective real estate investments
• Assist with the build-out of an automated dashboard to provide respective analysis for various stakeholders
• Perform additional ad-hoc analysis for the asset management team to assist in fundraising
• Create Monthly Reporting on assets and status against proformas
Education and Experience
• A bachelor’s degree is
• Advanced Excel financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to read and analyze investment, lease and management agreements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Requirements
Full Time Employment Salaried Position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $2,000 per month, plus 13th months pay, and discretionary Bonus
Offered salary is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. Other compensation includes a discretionary bonus.
