Senior Recruiter at Chivalry Talent

We specialize in placing mid to C-Level professionals in the freight brokerage and freight tech industry (Logistics, Transportation & Supply Chain). As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving the success of our business through identifying and attracting the best candidates to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent for our clients.
– Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
– Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional customer service.
– Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific job opportunities.
– Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, and negotiate offers with candidates.
– Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
– Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to drive results and meet performance metrics.
– Cold Calling and Emailing
– LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator
– Loxo ATS
– Various automation tools

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a direct to hire agency or corporate recruiting environment. Meaning you have executed the entire recruitment process including, sourcing, candidate screening, candidate presentation, and coordination for client interviews all the way to the offer.
– Minimum of 2 years of End to End Recruiting experience in the United States
– Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality that is able to connect and build rapport with people quickly.
– Experience making 50 cold calls per day
– Expert understanding of how to leverage Boolean strings and X-Ray to identify candidates and obtain candidate information
– Experience in recruiting in multiple industries
– Experience in logistics, transportation and supply chain is a plus
