Position Summary:

The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting talented individuals to join our team of Filipino Virtual Assistants (VAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outsourcing, hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, and proficiency in utilizing different ATS.

Responsibilities:

1) Full Cycle Recruitment:
– Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

2) Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
– Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified
candidates.
– Proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.

3) ATS Expertise:
– Leverage ATS tool to track and manage the recruitment process efficiently.
– Customize and optimize ATS workflows to streamline and enhance recruitment operations.

4) Outsourcing Experience:
– Demonstrate a deep understanding of outsourcing dynamics and the ability to identify candidates with the right skills for
virtual assistance roles.
– Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in outsourcing.

5) Candidate Assessment and Interviewing:
– Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements and company culture.
– Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.

6) Collaboration and Communication:
– Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific hiring needs.
– Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

7) Hiring Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
– Stay abreast of changes in the hiring requirements that may impact recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of solid recruitment experience, with a focus on outsourcing and virtual assistant roles.
– Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
– Technical Skills:
Proficient in using Bamboo HR or similar applicant tracking systems.
– Familiarity with other relevant recruitment tools and platforms.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to effectively communicate with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
– Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
