Senior Recruiter for US (Remote): $2800 monthly base (paid once monthly) + up to $1000 monthly bonus (both USD)
Working Hours: 8:55am EST – 5pm EST (or longer – whatever it takes to get the work done)
Dress Code: Business professional dress required daily, groomed and professional hair, instilling trust and confidence in our professional law firm clients

High-Level of Role:
This role is part of an offering we’re delivering to our law firm clients to help them source, recruit, screen, and hire a variety of roles, including Executive Assistant, Marketing personnel (all levels), Office Admins, and Executives (COO, CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.)
This recruiting service has a major impact on our clients’ success journey and their ability to grow their own law firms.
As a Recruiter at Crisp, your job is to drive the full cycle recruitment, from (potentially) sourcing candidates using both passive and active recruiting strategies, to conducting phone screens, to sending test assignments, to submitting candidates for approval to clients, to carrying all the way through hiring.
Your Responsibilities:
– Carry 10+ req load at any given time
– 20+ interviews on calendar weekly
– Quick Ramp Up: Candidates actively in pipeline within 48 hours after Intake
– Experience in filling roles in 21 days
– Problem Solving: Experience in resolving candidate issues and being a steward for the company, holding the line (not just advocating solely for the candidate, but for the company and client)
– Both Internal and RPO hiring
– Hiring Process: Experience in working with more intricate and numerous candidate testing platforms and processes, and skillfully walking candidate through the process
– Keeping candidates warm and in the pipeline
– Meticulously keeping the ATS (Greenhouse), LI Recruiter, Indeed, and Google Sheets manual reporting and other platforms extremely accurate, clean, and up to date, moving all candidates through every stage of pipeline immediately as it occurs
– Role intake meetings, internally with your Team Lead, and possibly with the law firm clients
– Full cycle recruitment from: sourcing -> calendar and conduct all phone screens and tests (using Calendly) -> all the way through start
– Evaluating credentials and conducting comparative analysis with position requirements to assess compatibility between the two.
– Assessing factors such as experience, education, skills, training, cultural fit within the law firm clients and candidate matches
– Understanding the salary requirements of candidates and negotiating compensation to maximize profit margins for law firm clients
– Send and track completion of test assignments
– Submit candidates for approval
– Ensure candidate responsiveness and excitement throughout the recruiting process
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on submissions, interviews, confirmations, and placements
Your Qualifications:
– 8+ years of recruiting experience, up to Executive level roles (preferred law firm roles, but not required)
– Platforms: Calendly, Greenhouse, LI Recruiter, Indeed, G-Suite, Slack, Zoom,
– Impeccable, native-sounding spoken and written English (this is critical to instill trust in our law firm clients)
– Vast knowledge of all main recruiting tactics (both active and passive recruiting, boolean searches, etc.)
– Demonstrated ability to own and drive intake as well as a keen understanding of a variety of client environments and their needs and goals
– Demonstrated ability to hold candidate interest and convey the value of working for the client’s law firm – what’s in it for the candidate
– Ability to navigate through the corporate red tape of both internal (Crisp) and external (our law firm clients) player’s availability to make interviews and steps happen quickly and accurately, across the entire recruiting flow to candidate hire status
– Understand HR practices and employment law as they relate to recruiting (labor laws, 1099 vs. W2, etc.)
– Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements of our clients
