Senior Recruiter / Human Ressource Manager

Your mission:
You will be working with elite professionals in Technology, Consulting, and Business from the US, Germany, and Switzerland to place them in high-end roles with salaries ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 per year. Your responsibilities will include networking with other recruiters, sending out and adjusting CVs, and creating profiles on major job sites for these employees. You will understand their needs and requirements to connect them with opportunities that match their profile with the company’s needs.

Roles could include Senior IT Project Manager, Program Manager, IT Consultant, Data Scientist, Generative AI Developer, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and other C-level positions. Targets are medium-sized to enterprise companies or smaller companies in the private equity and investment space. You will be working and networking independently with minimal supervision, with your core KPI being high-quality introductions and ultimately placements. In addition to your base compensation, you will receive a bonus of up to 5% for each candidate placed.
