About the job:
Our UK-based company that has offices around the world is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Internal Recruitment working on our UK/US clients.

As a company that thrives in putting people first, we are seeking a great Recruitment professional who embodies our drive for excellence and is ready to help us hire the best talent in the Accounting and Finance industry.

Base salary is negotiable, plus an attractive discretionary bonus scheme for successfully meeting placement targets.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working for 5 hours per day (7 PM – 12 AM PH time)

Experience:
– Proven track record in headhunting and executive search.
– Experience in finding talents for US companies is a plus.

Skills:
– LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights expert.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex candidate profiles.
– Excellent client and candidate management skills to maintain high satisfaction levels.
– Robust stakeholder management abilities to navigate and align various interests within the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain a deep network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
– Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for executive roles.
– Collaborate with clients and various stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and tailor the recruitment strategy accordingly.
– Provide consultation and advice on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:
– Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

Personal Attributes:
– The ability to work independently.
– Confident in calls and doesn’t have a thick accent.
– Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of clients and candidates.
