Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment processes, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have experience using LinkedIn and Indeed and other job sourcing platforms for recruitment, has excellent communication skills, and a knack for identifying the best talent.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards, to identify and attract top talent.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including but not limited to job posting, sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find passive candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial virtual interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the company culture.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s reputation as a great place to work by promoting our employer brand, vision, and the opportunity the company can provide.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience (Preferably with a sales background).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proven success track record
