Job Summary:
As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be vital in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our
organization. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including developing sourcing strategies,
conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with Hiring Managers to ensure a
seamless hiring process.
The Senior Recruitment Specialist is a strategic partner, providing expertise in talent acquisition, market
trends, and best practices to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
–Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
–Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Candidate Sourcing:
–Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates while managing candidate data and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
–Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Assessment:
–Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess candidates’ suitability and potential for success.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
–Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop effective interview processes.
–Advise and influence hiring decisions based on your expertise and understanding of market trends.
Employer Branding:
–Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
–Create compelling job descriptions, enhance the candidate experience, and effectively
communicate the organization’s values, vision, and culture.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
–Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
–Prepare regular reports and provide insights to enhance recruitment efforts and inform decision-making.
Compliance and Diversity:
–Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
–Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance the organization’s talent pool and promote a diverse workforce.
Relationship Building:
–Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
–Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, representing it positively to potential candidates and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
–Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
–Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
–In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies.
–Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
–Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
–Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills, with a focus on competency-based interviews.
–Well-versed in employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
–Knowledge of competitive compensation and benefits management, including PH government statutory benefits.
–Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
–Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
–Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
–Knowledge and experience in using Google Suite is a must.
–Familiarity using Slack, Work Composer, and is a plus.
–Residing in the Rizal Province, Marikina, and nearby cities is a plus.
–Willing to report at our Marikina City Office at least three (3) times a week.

imperative that your home working station adheres to the following requirements:
–Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be on a FIBER connection with a
download/ upload minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
–Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
–A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i3 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
–A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred
–Good external or integrated webcam
