We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team, with a focus on recruiting Filipino talent.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage high-quality Filipino candidates for various positions.
Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and targeted Filipino job portals.
Source, identify, and screen potential candidates from the Philippines through resume screening, phone interviews, and other relevant assessment methods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Filipino clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Filipino candidates, including candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, feedback gathering, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process for Filipino talent.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruiting Filipino talent.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on recruiting Filipino talent.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms targeting the Filipino job market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with Filipino candidates and clients.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to the recruitment of Filipino talent.
A passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices for recruiting Filipino talent.
