Job Description

Immediate Hire. , a Chicago USA -based startup specializing in resume writing, career coaching, and education services, seeks a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our global team. As the Sales and Customer Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the sales process and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. This position may be located anywhere in the world but it must align with serving clients in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquiring Customers: Implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers worldwide.

Lead Conversion: Develop and execute plans to convert leads into loyal paying customers.

Customer Service Management: Oversee the customer service journey, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery for professionals across the USA.

Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns.

Reviews Management: Monitor and manage customer reviews, using feedback to enhance service quality.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales and customer service team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.

Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications:
Eight years or more of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Masters preferred.
Proven experience in sales and customer service management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Superior command of English, both verbal and written.
Highly empathetic with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Monday, Calendly, Google Docs, Slack, and others.
Must be extraordinarily organized.
