Job Description

As a Senior Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing sales efforts for multiple companies within our portfolio. Your expertise in marketing, cold calling, email prospecting, sales, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be essential in driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Additionally, you will be responsible for securing sales calls and appointments with our CEO.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for multiple companies.

Utilize your expertise in marketing to create impactful campaigns and reach out to potential clients through various channels.

Proactively engage in cold calling, showcasing exceptional communication and persuasion skills to generate leads and opportunities.

Leverage your proficiency in email prospecting to initiate and nurture relationships with prospects, providing relevant information and addressing their needs.

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key decision-makers, establishing rapport and exploring potential business opportunities.

Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, effectively managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and executive management, to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each company within the portfolio.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in a multi-company or agency environment.

Expertise in marketing strategies and techniques, with a strong ability to create compelling campaigns and reach target audiences effectively.

Exceptional cold calling skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage prospects and generate sales opportunities.

Proficiency in email prospecting, including crafting persuasive and customized messages to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Extensive experience and expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify leads, connect with decision-makers, and expand professional networks.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
