ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an extraordinary Sales Coach to join our team. We’re looking for the best of the best. The Sales Coach will train, develop, and guide our sales reps with 1:1 coaching sessions, diagnosing their communications, and will keep them accountable to deliver great results. The coach needs to have experience with a proven sales process for B2B service companies and will implement it at MajorMajor. Could this be you?
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage existing sales training to develop and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs, workshops, and materials tailored to the specific needs of our sales team.
Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
Conduct coaching sessions on various sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales processes.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce learning and drive continuous improvement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of our sales reps through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and curriculum to ensure content remains current and relevant.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in sales training and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate.
Act as a subject matter expert on sales techniques, tools, and processes, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5+ years of experience
Previous experience in sales training, coaching, or leadership is required
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage sales representatives to achieve their full potential
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
