About the role: We need a Senior Sales Manager to build a sales process and sell our new B2B service platform (/connect)

Responsibilities include:

– Building and leading our Sales Department: You will be responsible for establishing and managing the sales department within our company. This involves recruiting, training, and supervising a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
– Selling our new B2B service platform: As a key member of the sales team, you will actively engage with potential clients to promote and sell our innovative B2B service platform. This will require a deep understanding of the platform’s features and benefits and the ability to effectively communicate them to potential clients.
– Pitch Development: Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients. Your pitches should showcase the value proposition of our service platform and how it can solve their business challenges.
– Cold Outreach: Execute strategic cold outreach campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to them through various channels, and nurturing those leads to conversion.
– Lead Generation: Utilize your experience and creativity to identify and develop new lead generation strategies. You should be adept at exploring various avenues to find potential clients and create a consistent flow of qualified leads

About you:

– Proven ability to sell and build processes: You should have a track record of successful sales performance and experience in establishing effective sales processes. Your expertise will serve as the foundation for building a strong and efficient sales department.
– Strong background and experience in B2B sales: A deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape is essential to effectively promote and sell our service platform to other businesses.
– Previous sales team management: Having managed a sales team before, you should be equipped to lead, motivate, and mentor a group of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
– Experience in building sales processes and pipelines: Your expertise in creating and refining sales processes, as well as setting up and managing sales pipelines, will be invaluable in driving the department’s success.
– Capable of building a strong sales team: Your ability to attract and retain top talent in the sales industry will be critical to building a successful and motivated sales team.
