Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a strong portfolio of US-based clients.
• Implement targeted lead generation strategies for the US market, including telemarketing and email marketing.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to US customer needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, consistently exceeding assigned sales quotas specific to the US market.
• Manage the entire sales cycle for US clients, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
• Track and analyze key sales metrics aligned with the management team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and US market regulations.
• Contribute to the onboarding and training of new team members.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a demonstrably successful track record in the US market.
• Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and achieve targets within a competitive landscape.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and experience in all stages, particularly in the context of US business practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with telemarketing and email marketing techniques, with a focus on US outreach strategies.
• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is definitely a plus
• Understanding of US business culture (a plus).
