We are a rapidly growing USA-based house cleaning company, and we are on the lookout for a
dynamic Senior Sales Representative (Closer) to join our dedicated customer support and sales
department. If you are an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:
? Present, Promote, and Sell: Utilize proven, continually improved strategies to effectively
market and sell our cleaning services. Convert leads and prospects into satisfied
customers.
? Booking and Scheduling: Manage the booking calendar system, scheduling new
cleaning jobs, and efficiently rescheduling or updating service jobs as needed.
? Achieve Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) and outcomes by employing proven lead generation strategies, including
follow-ups, quote creation, cold calling/mailing, discovery calls, and upselling services.
? Service Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our cleaning services and
confidently address customer objections.
? Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via
phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, or SMS.
? Knowledge Base Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to build and maintain our
comprehensive company knowledge base (we use Notion) that supports company
growth and ensures the precision of daily actions.
? Growth Mindset: Embrace continuous improvement through feedback and stay updated
on industry trends.
? Reporting: Provide detailed reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
activities, and potential opportunities for new cleaning services.
? Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports to the operations manager and owner outlining
completed tasks and ongoing activities.

? Three or More Years of Sales Experience: You have a track record of success in sales,
ideally within the cleaning industry.
? Quick Learner: You have the ability to rapidly understand and effectively communicate
the value of our cleaning services to prospective clients.
? Confident and Enthusiastic: You exude confidence and enthusiasm when promoting the
services we provide.
? Excellent Communication: You possess exceptional listening and communication skills,
enabling you to truly understand and address customer needs.
? Calm Under Pressure: You remain composed and collected even in high-pressure
situations.
? Process Optimization: You can contribute to the optimization and improvement of our
current sales processes.
? Self-Starter: You are motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

This is a full-time position requiring a mastery of English.

Work hours are Monday to Wednesday 4 pm to 8 pm, US Eastern Standard Time & Saturday to
Sunday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, US Eastern Standard Time (30 hours per week). These hours are
subject to change based on the needs of the business
Starting at a range of $6.00 per hour your compensation will
increase through regular performance-based raises every six months. Moreover, as a testament

Company benefits that will be available to you on Day 1 of your employment are as follows:
? 2 scheduled unpaid “rest” days per week (Thursday and Friday)
? Ability to take regular work days off on a case by case basis (with at least one week
advance notice and confirmation your shift can be covered)
? Ability to take short paid (10 minutes or less) coffee/water, bathroom, food breaks as
needed.

Senior Sales Representative (Closer)

? Ability to take two paid extended 15-minute breaks (30 minutes total) on days you work 8
hours or more.
? End of year bonus
