Senior SEO Specialist (4+ years of experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager with extensive experience and a proven track record in SEO strategy development and execution. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in SEO, demonstrating expertise in elevating website visibility and performance in search engine rankings. This senior role demands a strategic thinker who can oversee comprehensive SEO campaigns, provide high-level recommendations, and ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of SEO strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– SEO Strategy and Leadership: Lead the development and execution of advanced SEO strategies, overseeing all aspects of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
– Advanced SEO Audits: Perform in-depth SEO audits of client websites, pinpointing critical areas for improvement and potential growth opportunities.
– Strategic Recommendations: Deliver strategic, high-impact recommendations for SEO enhancements, justifying each proposal with data-driven insights and expected outcomes.
– Implementation Supervision: Oversee the application of SEO strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices and effectiveness in achieving desired results.
– Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct regular, thorough analysis of website performance, providing insightful reports and identifying further optimization strategies.
– Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with marketing and content teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing objectives, and mentor junior SEO staff.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

– Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in SEO, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
– Advanced SEO Tools Proficiency: Mastery in using top-tier SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AhRefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer) for complex analyses and reporting.
– Deep Understanding of SEO Metrics: Expert-level knowledge of key SEO metrics, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions.

EDUCATION (NOT REQUIRED)

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
– Advanced degrees or certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex SEO strategies in an understandable manner.

– Ability to learn and adapt strategies to align with our high level of SEO, implementation.
– WordPress, Shopify, and Hubspot experience.
– Knowledge of CSS
– Knowledge of website builders
