We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. With a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we specialize in providing innovative and data-driven digital marketing solutions to a diverse range of clients.
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and improving our search engine rankings. You will be responsible for both on-page and off-page SEO activities, including content creation and optimization, technical SEO, link building, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Page SEO:
• Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
• Create and optimize blog posts (AI can be used for assistance but must be relevant, valuable content)
• Create and update meta titles, descriptions, alt tags, and headers to improve click-through rates and search engine rankings.
•Perform regular content audits and updates to maintain optimal SEO performance.
Off-Page SEO:
•Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
•Monitor and manage the backlink profile to ensure quality and relevance.
Technical SEO:
•Identify and fix technical issues that may negatively impact SEO performance.
•Optimize website speed, mobile-friendliness, and user experience.
•Manage site structure and URL optimization for better navigation and indexability.
•Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and best practices in technical SEO.
Reporting and Analysis:
•Monitor and track SEO performance using industry-standard tools and analytics platforms.
•Generate regular SEO reports, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•Proven experience 5+ years as an SEO Specialist, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
•In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and •clients.
•Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies that drive tangible results.
