The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager who is not only a strategist but also a leader. This role requires an individual capable of guiding a team, inspiring innovation, and executing high-impact social media campaigns that resonate with our clients’ audiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand our Social Media team. Manage workflows, set goals, and evaluate team performance to ensure productivity and high-quality outputs.

2. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with client objectives. Lead the execution of content and campaign strategies, adjusting tactics based on analytical insights and market trends.

3. Content Creation and Oversight: Oversee the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with client branding and communication strategies. Empower and direct the team in content creation and branding initiatives.

4. Department Leaders Collaboration: Collaborate with other JSM department leaders to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing goals. Guide the Social Media team in aligning social media initiatives with company-wide projects, to have a mroe cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all platforms.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Provide strategic leadership in the analysis of social media performance metrics. Present data-driven insights and action plans during client reviews and internal strategy meetings.

Requirements:

– At least 3 years of experience in a social media management or leadership role.
– Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in managing major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube with a track record of successful campaigns.
– Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, and data analytics.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
– Preferred experience with tools like Click to view, Metricool, Slack, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
