Senior Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. Our goal is to grow our social media presence, maintain consistent engagement, and effectively promote our clients’ various offerings. This is a full-time remote position, and we value results over busy work.

Responsibilities:

– Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, engagement, and reach
– Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies
– Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
– Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
– Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, particularly in the legal estate planning and U.S. political space
– Attend 2-3 meetings per week during U.S. hours (morning or evening)

Qualifications:
– Senior-level experience in social media management (5+ years)
– Proficient in current social media management & design tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite)
– Strong writing, communication, and creative skills
– Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics
– Experience with legal estate planning and understanding of compliance issues is a plus
– Familiarity with the U.S. political space is a plus
– General marketing and advertising experience required

– Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and knowledge

Job Duties and Expectations:
– Increase engagement and followers by finding and reposting relevant viral content regarding our page’s subject matter
– Boost visibility and support by reposting content from thought leaders
– Work closely with the team to integrate new strategies into existing plans, manage content sourcing, reposting, and engagement
– Collaborate with key team members to finalize content sources and ensure proper crediting of original creators and pages
