Senior Social Media Manager (Reddit)

Hello! I’m William, and I’m running a fast growing digital marketing agency. We’re looking to hire a full time Social Media Manager for our Reddit Department to post, manage, oversee and control multiple Reddit accounts inside of our agency. This would be in the real estate industry.

You will be responsible for:
– Posting 100-200 posts a day
– Replying to comments
– Tracking upvote performance
– Managing Airtable and Google Sheets
– Finding and testing new subreddits
– Submitting verifications to subreddits
– Communicating with our clients

Job Details:
– Hourly pay is $2-$3+ depending on your experience. This will be increased once your value inside of the company increases.
– Performance bonus of up to $250+ per month. The better you perform, the more income you will be generating for yourself and for the agency. This way, you are incentivized to do excellent work, and you will get compensated for it. – 6 days a week. Work on weekends always. Your free day is on Friday.
– 2 shifts of 4 hours each. 7AM to 11AM and 6PM to 10PM.
– Opportunity to grow inside the company. The longer and better you stay with us, the more income you will generate for yourself. We’re open to increasing bonuses and the hourly rate if you show excellent performance.
Requirements:
– Excellent wifi and stable connection. This is a non negotiable.
– Live in a main city (for excellent wifi). Living in Manila is a big plus.
– You can work on the outlined above schedule.
– Previous experience as a Reddit manager is a big plus.
– Ambitious, long term focused. You want to work with us for the next years to come.
– Honesty, discipline, communicative are big traits we look for when hiring.
– Experience with Google Sheets.
– Experience with Airtable is a plus.
– Comfortable working long hours.
– You don’t have a problem with working during the weekends.
– You’re capable of working without the need of constant supervision.
