Job Description:

As the Senior Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and forecasting. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining efficient operational flows, managing purchase orders, and ensuring product availability through effective inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel Spreadsheets to manage and analyze inventory data.
– Coordinate effectively with multiple external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
– Oversee the purchasing and inventory forecasting processes, ensuring they align with business needs.
– Conduct regular stock take, manage updates to stock levels, and ensure accuracy in all inventory records.
– Utilize Shopify for managing the product database and inventory related processes.
– Bring innovative practices and improvements to current supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
– Mentor and train team members on advanced Excel techniques and database management.

Desired Skills and Aptitude:

– Exceptional skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel with the ability to teach and improve team capabilities.
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
– Proven experience in supply chain management and inventory control.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to conduct comprehensive audits of current processes, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
