We are seeking experience with Microsoft Azure with architecting and building AVD and server infrastructure in Azure.
Technical Support & Client Communication – Required

REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 5 years of relevant Level 3 technical support experience
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with MSP tools such as Autotask, HaloPSA, Bitdefender, etc.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with ticket system software.
-You should possess strong documentation skills
-You should have a strong passion for IT and helping people
-You should have clear English verbal and written skills
-Microsoft technology such as Office 365, Microsoft AD, Azure, Exchange & Windows Server
-Strong comprehension of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
-A clear understanding of cybersecurity best practices
-Minimum of 5 years of experience with networking such as Sonicwall, pfSense, UniFi Firewalls
-Minimum of 5 years of experience with creating and maintaining VPN environments
-Minimum of 5 years of experience with cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure and Citrix
-Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2012, and Server 2019
-Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite end-user support
-Minimum of 5 years of experience with administration and support of Microsoft Office 365
-Minimum of 5 years of experience with managing user accounts via Active Directory
-Escalation support for support desk
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers 2012-2022
– Working experience in a virtual environment: Hyper-V, VMware, Azure and/or Citrix environment
– Experience in configuring and maintaining back up technologies including Altaro/Hornet Security
– Diagnose and rectify WAN and LAN issues.
– Practical experience in PC hardware repairs is an advantage.
– Practical experience in deploying and migrating users from old PCs to new PCs
– A desire to work with SME businesses to directly support their IT infrastructure.
SUPPLEMENTAL EXPERIENCE:
-Previous work experience with an MSP (3 years preferred)
-Previous work experience with an overseas company in the USA, West Coast

Technical Skills
• Good desktop troubleshooting skills on Windows OS 11, 10, 8 and MacOS including printer set-up and connectivity issue

• Experience with Unifi networking equipment and pfSense and/or SonicWall firewalls
• Experience troubleshooting VoIP Systems, including 3CX and Yealink Phones
• Experience working with a RMM and other remote management tools
