Senior Talent Director to Lead and Build Music, Acting, and TikTok Stars

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Talent Director to join our team and lead the development, management, and optimization of our roster of music, acting, and TikTok stars. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing the earnings of talent, earnings for gigs, casting recruiting, and training for success in the social media world.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the earnings and revenue streams of our talent roster
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and other industry professionals to secure high-profile gigs and opportunities for our talent
Work with our casting team to identify and recruit new talent to add to our roster
Develop and implement training programs to optimize our talent’s skills and ensure their success in the competitive social media landscape
Lead and build our TikTok star division, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices to drive engagement and growth
Collaborate with other departments to plan and optimize revenue streams for both our talent and our company

Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Talent Director or in a similar role in the entertainment industry
Proven track record of overseeing the earnings and success of a roster of talent
Strong relationships with agents, managers, and other industry professionals
Experience with casting and recruiting talent
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and how to build and grow an audience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
