187Digital is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Recruiter with **exceptional English proficiency**. In this role, not only will your core responsibility be to identify and onboard the industry’s top talents, but you will also serve as a key communicator, requiring flawless English both in writing and speaking. Your ability to engage candidates and convey our company’s message with precision, clarity, and enthusiasm is vital. Expertise in leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards will play a significant role in your daily tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Candidate Sourcing:** Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to identify and connect with potential candidates.
– **Interviewing Process:** Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring clear and concise communication at all stages.
– **Recruitment Strategy:** Design and execute recruitment strategies that align with our agency’s ethos and needs.
– **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Engage with hiring managers, ensuring clear understanding and delivery of recruitment specifics for each vacancy.
– **Feedback Loop:** Continually refine the recruitment process based on feedback, emphasizing clear and open communication.
– **Onboarding Assistance:** Help in the seamless onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are well-informed and integrated.
– **Admin Tasks:** Undertake occasional administrative tasks associated with recruitment and other HR functions.
**Qualifications:**
– **Exceptional English Skills:** A high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is **non-negotiable** for this role. Your ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and clearly is essential.
– **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated history in recruitment, preferably within the digital marketing or a related field.
– **Platform Proficiency:** Familiarity with using job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other talent sourcing platforms.
– **Organizational Skills:** The ability to juggle multiple recruitment tasks with attention to detail.
– **Digital Marketing Familiarity:** A grasp of the digital marketing landscape is advantageous.
