Senior Sourcer for US (Remote): $1,400 monthly base (paid once monthly) + up to $800 in monthly bonus (both in USD)

High-Level of Role:
As a Senior Sourcer at Crisp, you will play a crucial role in our law firm client services, focusing on sourcing, recruiting, screening, and hiring for a variety of roles including Executive Assistants, Marketing Personnel, Office Admins, and high-level Executives. Your efforts will significantly impact our clients’ growth and success.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage a heavy req load (minimum of 10 reqs), maintaining a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Achieve hundreds of sourced candidates monthly, in addition to other metrics that shift according to client and business needs.
Role intake meetings with Recruiters and Team Lead to gain an accurate understanding of the ever-changing law firm client roles for which you’ll be sourcing.
Understanding the exact requirements of all roles and identifying the right keywords in online candidate resumes.
Constructing proper search strings and searching through various online candidate profile databases.
Effectively assess resumes aligned to the clients’ needs.
Ensure a consistent flow of quality candidates to support the recruiter, maintaining a goal of 25+ interviews per week, with at least 4-5 interviews for each role.
Have the specified goal count of resumes ready and delivered at the end of your workday.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sourcing results.
Liaise across a variety of roles within the recruiting department including Recruiters, other Sourcers, Team Lead Recruiters, Recruiting Director, and Recruiting Operations Manager.
Work within, pull information from, and maintain our ATS (applicant tracking system) – Greenhouse.
Handle data entry and updates across various platforms with 100?curacy.
Your Qualifications:
8+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably with law firm roles.
Expertise in using platforms such as Greenhouse, LI Recruiter, Indeed, G-Suite, Slack, Zoom.
Exceptional command of English, both spoken and written.
Profound knowledge of recruiting tactics, including advanced boolean searches.
Demonstrated ability to understand diverse client environments and needs.
Proven track record of maintaining candidate interest and advocating for client firms.
Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws related to recruiting.
Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
