Senior Team Manager – E-commerce Team Leader

– Manage the e-commerce team and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
– Supervise and coordinate the launch of new stores on a regular basis.
– Work closely with the CEO to define team objectives and strategies.
– Ensure clear and effective communication within the team.
– Solve problems and challenges that arise within the team.
– Provide daily reports to the executive team with improvement suggestions.

– 5 years of proven experience as a team leader or in a management role.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Good knowledge of the e-commerce sector and best practices.
– Knowledge of Shopify, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads preferred
– Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
– Mastery of written English.
– Proactivity and perfect organization.
