RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Produce and publish content on social media platforms
* Posting weekly class schedules that you create in canva and pinning them to the top of the group
* Handling new member requests and copy/pasting members emails into kajabi and also the data they provide into a google sheet
* Capturing comments from challenges and live streams for data and also to stay organised for giveaways and mailing lists
* Go through videos and copy/pasting a comment and pin it; making sure each video gets a pinned comment when it goes up
* Doing bulk description edits, keeping data (like copy-pasting url’s to a spreadsheet, etc)
* Promotion of videos in my Facebook group, on instagram stories, and in a few select piano player Facebook groups
* Experience working with kajabi for email management, landing page creation and other tasks as required
* Helping with course organisation, landing pages, website, etc through Kajabi
* Repurpose of spoken content (YouTube videos) to insta stories or Facebook group
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Demonstrated proficiency with over 2 years of hands-on experience in roles such as a Social Media and Marketing Assistant or a comparable position.
* Substantial experience in effectively utilizing Kajabi for streamlined email management.
* Apply a keen interest in music and in-depth knowledge of AI to innovatively curate and enhance multimedia content through creative clip assembly.
* Proven track record in diverse areas including operations management, content creation, email management, social media
engagement, podcast editing, video editing, and graphic design.
* Fluent in all facets of social media platforms, showcasing comprehensive understanding and adaptability.
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
* Ability to tag, identify, report, track, and interpret metrics, demonstrating analytical acumen.
* Exceptionally detail-oriented, combining efficiency and creativity to deliver polished outcomes.
* Solid working knowledge across all key social media platforms, enabling versatile and effective management.
* Commercially minded and strategic in approach, contributing to the broader organizational goals.
* Highly organized and a passionate self-starter, showcasing independence and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting seamlessly to evolving tasks and priorities.
