Overview
LevelUp provides high-quality, outsourced customer support for WordPress plugins & theme creators.
We currently have a team of 60 WordPress Technical Support Engineers and expect to grow to between 80-100 in 2022. And longer-term to between 150-200.
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure that we have a steady stream of high-quality candidates to meet our ambitious recruitment targets.
Key responsibilities:
Work with the existing recruitment team to source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn and various job advertisement boards.
Carry out initial screening to filter out unsuitable candidates.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, application screening, interview, technical assessment & job offer.
Report to senior management on recruitment KPIs and look for ways to optimize the existing recruitment process.
Get involved and network within the WordPress community with a focus on establishing LevelUp as a go-to employer for WordPress talent looking for new & exciting positions.
The ideal candidate should have:
Excellent written & spoken English. This is crucial for being able to assess the quality of candidates.
Experience with technical recruitment of Software Engineers or Web Developers (recruitment of WordPress developers is an added bonus).
A passion for shaping & optimizing recruitment processes.
Bonus points:
Has recruited for WordPress positions previously.
Involved in the WordPress community (attends meetups, and contributes to WordPress in some way).
