Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer/Training Supervisor to lead our training department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and organizing our training programs, ensuring that every team member at Nooro has the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties effectively. This role demands a candidate with expertise in creating and implementing training processes, a strong ability to lead a team, and an analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within Nooro.
Supervise a team of trainers/QA, providing guidance and feedback.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers.
Create, develop, and manage training content, as well as overseeing the entirety of the training curriculum.
Deliver a diverse array of training sessions, encompassing areas such as product expertise, personal growth, and language skills.
Manage the training budget and ensure that all training procedures are cost-effective.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements.
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
Report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
Prepare detailed reports and the vigilant monitoring of attrition rates within the organization.
Active participation in the recruitment process, assisting in the identification and selection of prospective employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Proven experience of 3+ years in a training supervisory role, preferably within a corporate setting.
Experience with designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace and industry-related software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training processes.
Analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and ROI.
