We are an exciting Australian Digital Agency with offices in Australia and the UK and we are expanding our design team and seeking a new UI Designer!
There will be an aspect of UX, but 70/30 UI:UX (approximately)
You will be working fully remotely, be used to having daily stand-ups and stand-downs, and be excited by the chance of working with an innovative team, working on different projects as part of a team.
You must be able to work Australian work hours, starting at 8 am Philippine time. You will focus on working for us full-time during these hours and be online and available.
You will be a fast worker and have excellent communication skills.
Working collaboratively, end-to-end with the wider team, you will be working on a variety of projects for enterprise-level clients. With a client waitlist, we are is truly the best at what we do and we are growing fast.
About the role:
• Create concepts from briefs
• Create new or utilize existing client design systems
• Create wireframe mockups
• Create style guides
• Design brands
• Make UX and UI improvements to a customer software, web, and mobile app user interfaces
• Undertake validation measures to test concepts before finalizing detailed designs end-to-end
• Test software applications and present UX and UI recommendations to stakeholders
About you:
• Minimum 5 years experience in a design position for a digital agency
• Have experience designing websites, mobile apps, print, and branding is a must
• Have a qualification in design obtained from a university
• Extensive portfolio
• Excellent work ethic
• Ability to work on your own
• Happy to be on our stand-up calls every morning
• Very curious and detail-oriented, with a love for problem-solving!
• Relevant experience in a related role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your excellent Figma skills and design process
• A collaborative person, you love working with a passionate team!
• Able to translate learnings into presentations that inspire action
