Job Summary: As a Senior UX/UI Designer with Figma experience, you will be responsible for creating and designing exceptional user experiences for our products and services. You will work closely with the product management team and developers to ensure that all designs are user-centered and meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the product management team to define user requirements, create wireframes, and develop prototypes.
– Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
– Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
– Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX/UI design.
– Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or related field.
– At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
– Expertise in using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
– Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills and design process.
– Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and develop personas.
– Knowledge of design systems and guidelines.
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Requirements: Having a system ready for a work-from-home set-up is imperative for this position. A fully functioning laptop/PC running on Windows 10 or higher or Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.4 or higher and a wired internet connection.
