Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for leading the design and management of our website projects. This individual will collaborate closely with our creative team to develop visually stunning and highly functional websites that effectively communicate our clients’ stories and messages. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create innovative and interactive digital experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of creative and interactive websites that align with our clients’ brand identities and storytelling objectives.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into compelling design concepts.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the website’s structure, functionality, and user experience.
Utilize industry best practices and emerging trends in UI/UX design to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to optimize user experience and usability.
Manage website projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design tools, technologies, and techniques, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, HCI, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on website design and development.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
Proven track record of creating visually stunning and highly interactive websites, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment is a plus.
Passion for storytelling and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
