Job Overview:

The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for editing and enhancing video content submitted by our customers in the real estate realm. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and proficiency in video editing. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing high-quality visual content that effectively highlights property features and attracts potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Edit and enhance raw video footage to create polished, professional-quality Videos or Shorts for social media.
A way to make the edit tell the story.
Create eye-catching thumbnails.
Incorporate music, voiceovers, graphics, and special effects to enhance the final product.
Ensure all videos meet company standards and client expectations.

Photo Editing:
Edit and retouch photos to highlight the best features of the properties.
Adjust lighting, color balance, and composition to create visually appealing images.
Ensure all photos are consistent with the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new ideas and concepts.
Ability to research topics or trends to give customers a list every month or what topic to talk about or what trendy video they should
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and incorporate their feedback.

Quality Control:
Review and ensure the final edits are error-free and meet the company’s quality standards.
Perform quality checks on videos and photos before delivering them to clients.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all visual content.
Ability to schedule approved videos promptly.
Technical Skills and Software Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Use photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Stay updated on video and photo editing trends, techniques, and software advancements.

Qualifications:
5- 7+ years of experience in video editing or a related field.
Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video and photo editing.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Proven track record of Storytelling via Video.
Proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledgeable in Metricool
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
Familiarity with real estate industry practices and requirements.
