About the Role:
We are a short-form creative agency primarily serving talking-head individuals who run 7-figure businesses. Our work revolves around creating engaging, impactful, and high-quality video content that brings our clients’ vision to life.
In this light, we are seeking a talented, experienced, and highly motivated Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary of $900 USD, paid bi-weekly. The successful candidate will be dedicated to our team and exhibit a distinct style of video editing that aligns with our signature style as demonstrated in this collection.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven work experience as a Senior Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills across a range of content types.
2. Fluent in English and proficient in reading English.
3. High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite products like After Effects for effects/animation, and Audacity for audio editing.
4. Experience in executing short-form, educational, entertainment, and business-focused content.
5. Experience with key framing, motion tracking, audio/voice distortion, creating unique assets/data visualization, and green screen effects.
6. Ability to create and integrate special effects such as memes, gifs, animated emojis, and 3D.
7. Understanding of storytelling principles and ability to edit footage to create engaging narratives.
8. Ability to incorporate sound effects, risers, and impact sounds for enhanced viewer engagement.
9. Proficient in managing stock footage and integrating it seamlessly into content.
10. Comfortable working independently and problem-solving, with the capacity to produce one video every two hours.
11. Stable internet connection and comfortable with daily check-ins and reporting requirements via Discord, Google Meet, and WhatsApp.
12. High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
2. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video product.
3. Regularly collaborate and communicate with the team.
4. Meet daily production targets and adhere to deadlines.
5. Be able to edit a Minimum of 30 videos a month!
