Job Description:
We need an experienced Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the equine industry, particularly Western performance horses, and a knack for creating engaging content that drives business results. As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting compelling videos for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to attract and convert leads. Your main role is to create educational content focused on western performance horse training and horse business development strategies, tactics, tips, and tutorials.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality long-form videos for YouTube and short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook that engage and convert viewers to business leads.
Develop and implement video content strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure our video content remains relevant and effective.
Creates educational content focused on western performance horse training and horse business development strategies, tactics, tips, and tutorials.
Proven skill set and be able to come up with Video Topic Ideas based on our target audience, analytics, and business offers as well as Write Video Scripts for us to create that content around.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the equine industry or related fields.
Experience creating content for social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
A strong understanding of Western performance horses and the equine industry is a plus.
Ability to develop content that drives business leads and encourages viewer action.
With an existing portfolio of projects done in the past.
Motivated and willing to deliver excellent video outputs.
