As a Virtual Admin for an e-learning institute based in Toronto with proposed timings of Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, the duties would encompass a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of the institute. Prior experience in administrative roles as well as social media management and content creation would be highly beneficial. Here’s a breakdown of potential duties:

Administrative Support:

Managing emails, correspondence, and inquiries.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintaining and updating databases and records.
Handling billing, invoicing, and financial documentation.
Coordinating logistics for online meetings, webinars, and workshops.
Student Support:

Providing assistance to students with enrollment, registration, and course inquiries.
Responding to student emails and messages promptly.
Managing student records and ensuring confidentiality.
Assisting students with technical issues related to the e-learning platform.
Content Management:

Creating and curating content for social media platforms to promote courses, events, and initiatives.
Developing engaging and informative posts, graphics, and videos.
Scheduling and publishing content across various social media channels.
Monitoring social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages, and responding accordingly.
Analyzing social media performance metrics and providing reports.
Social Media Management:

Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Interacting with followers and fostering a sense of community.
Collaborating with marketing team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Staying updated on social media trends and best practices.
Content Creation:

Creating engaging written content for blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
Developing multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts.
Conducting research on relevant topics to produce informative and valuable content.
Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Project Assistance:

Assisting with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
