RT Medical is a healthcare startup specializing in telehealth treatments and medical supplies for unique conditions. We just launched Canada’s first national Post-COVID virtual clinic focusing on screening and triage for patients suffering from Post-COVID condition.

Your Opportunity

Are you a Web Developer specializing in WordPress looking for an opportunity? This position could be the career-defining chance you seek.

It’s an equally exciting and challenging time for our startup organization. Establishing the framework for a world-class private practice requires a strong team.

Responsibilities:

Develop website pages for a portfolio of e-commerce WordPress websites, including product pages, landing pages, etc.

Assist with everyday WordPress website maintenance

Work closely with the Marketing and SEO Managers to help analyze and optimize websites for indexing, UX/UI, and performance

Participate in regular team meetings and stay current with all website projects

Build aesthetically pleasing web designs that fit within branding guidelines

Provide progress updates in the company’s task management tool

Bring new ideas to the table for how we can improve

Multitask in a high-paced remote environment

Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Required skills/experience:

An eye for design and an aesthetic sense

Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-oriented environment

Strong graphic design skills for website structure, design, publishing and optimization in line with consumer behaviour and the target group

Advanced proficiency in WordPress with experience working in Divi. Knowledge of programming languages (html, php, css) considered an asset

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative suite

Superior communication skills in a digital organization setting

Marketing: 4+ years (Required)

WordPress: 4+ years (Required)

Divi: 1+ years (Required)

Email Marketing: 1+ years (Preferred)

Adobe Creative Suite: 1+ years (Preferred)

Microsoft Office Proficiency (Preferred)

Education – Bachelor’s Degree in web development or creative design (Preferred)
