Senior Web Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with extensive experience in custom WordPress PHP backend development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, collaborating effectively with our in-house team of designers, project managers, and digital strategists. Together, we aim to transform concepts into fully functional websites for our diverse range of clients across various industries. Proficiency in building with WooCommerce will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities
– Collaborate closely with our in-house team to lead the development of websites from concept to completion.
– Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing websites, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
– Generate innovative, business-oriented solutions that align with organizational goals and client needs.
– Clearly communicate complex technical ideas to clients and team members without technical backgrounds.
– Install, customize, and maintain plugins and third-party applications to meet project requirements.
– Execute basic development tasks during the transition from design to the development phase.
– Demonstrate proficient development skills, delivering high-quality, well-structured code.
– Possess a strong knowledge of Elementor Builder to create dynamic and visually appealing websites.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Proven experience in custom WordPress PHP backend development.
– Strong proficiency in WooCommerce development for building e-commerce solutions.
– Extensive experience in customizing existing WordPress plugins and the admin dashboard.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
– Solid understanding of responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
– Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
– Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
– Experience with Elementor Builder for designing and developing visually appealing websites.
– Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
– Proven ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
