We have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join our team as a senior developer.
You will be working closely with the CTO & a Senior Filipino Developer with a focus on helping us innovate our SaaS product. You’ll be adding new features to help us attract new clients & conducting R&D on new technology we can use to innovate our product.
The ideal candidate will be able to understand complex problems quickly and have a good understanding of writing secure, clean code.
There will be lots of scope to grow within this role, from learning new frameworks, researching and using the latest cloud technology. As we’re still a relatively small team, you’ll be able to make a real difference to a product used by well-known global corporations.
Remote
We are a predominantly remote company and this role will be fully remote (although you are welcome to visit our co-working spaces). It is essential that you have a good home working set-up where you can be productive.
Our development team are able to dictate their daily hours, just as long as there is always 2nd line support cover in place. So whether you’re an early bird, prefer the evenings, like a late lunch or need to do the school run, that’s fine with us.
Experience
We need developers with a minimum of 5+ years commercial experience using C# / .NET, strong understanding of SQL, experience with JavaScript/jQuery and source control (Git).
It would be an advantage to have experience with Azure (Functions, WebJobs, Web Apps, Storage etc), Angular, .NET Core, MVC 5 and unit tests.
Information security is a top priority for our organization. We’ll provide internal training (lots of reading!), but you’ll need to understand the concepts of secure programming/ensure that the code you write is secure.
We will need working hours to partially overlap with UK working hours Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). We work a standard 37.5h week.
