We are looking for a seasoned Senior Developer with a strong background in web development and a proven track record of working with PHP, , Laravel, and MongoDB. As a critical member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and services, delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users. You MUST be responsible and Proactive to catch problems as they appear. You will be the first line of defense of a live website and must react adequately to fix issues without being given explicit direction. A responsible and leader-type personality is key.
***Key Responsibilities:
-Development and Design: Lead web application design, development, and maintenance using PHP, , Laravel, and MongoDB. Ensure the implementation of best practices and efficient coding standards.
-Project Leadership: Drive projects from conception to completion, collaborating closely with other team members, including front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers.
-Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of code. Implement automated testing strategies to ensure reliability and performance.
-Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues effectively. Provide innovative solutions that enhance functionality and user experience.
***Technical Skills and Qualifications:
-Must have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development. • Proficient in PHP, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
-Extensive experience with and Laravel frameworks.
-Solid experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
-Knowledge of modern development tools and practices, including Agile methodologies.
***Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
-Experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
