Senior WordPress Engineer & Designer – Executive Dream Team

As a Senior WordPress Engineer & Designer on our Executive Dream Team, you will be a key player in shaping our company’s digital presence and online strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the development and design of our diverse web portfolio, ensuring they align with our strategic business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative design skills, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Web Development and Design:

Lead the design and development of various websites, including e-commerce, local business, and directory sites, with a focus on mobile-first and responsive design.
Ensure websites are visually stunning, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand and business objectives.
E-commerce and Sales Funnel Expertise:

Implement and optimize e-commerce solutions using WooCommerce and LaunchFlows.
Develop effective sales funnels and conversion strategies, integrating them seamlessly into our websites.
SEO and Performance Optimization:

Apply advanced SEO strategies using tools like RankMath Pro to maximize online visibility and user engagement.
Continuously monitor and optimize website performance across all devices.
Leadership and Collaboration:

Work closely with the executive team to align web strategies with overall business goals.
Lead and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
Innovation and Industry Leadership:

Stay at the forefront of web development and design trends, applying innovative solutions to keep the company ahead in the digital space.
Share insights and best practices with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in WordPress development and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Expertise in WooCommerce, LaunchFlows, Elementor, and SEO optimization (particularly with RankMath Pro).
Proven track record of leading web projects that align with business strategies.
