We are currently seeking an experienced and Senior Writer and Social Media Manager to join
our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for content
creation and social media, coupled with extensive experience in content marketing and a proven
track record in effective copywriting and social media growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Strategy:
Develop and implement high-end written content strategies tailored to our brand and audience.
Write compelling content for a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, and social media,
focusing on topics such as Strategy, Innovation, Financing, Product, Technology, Sales,
Marketing, Management, Recruiting, Operations, and Legal.
Adjust writing style to align with our brand’s voice and messaging.
Utilize data-driven approaches to inform content strategy and creation.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our Twitter and LinkedIn accounts, demonstrating a proven track record in
enhancing online presence and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms.
Implement strategies to increase follower count and engagement rates.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Copywriting:
Craft effective copy for a variety of purposes, including websites and advertisements, with a
focus on conversion and sales.
Employ high-level copyediting skills to ensure all content is of the highest quality.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with senior management and founders, understanding their needs and translating
them into compelling content.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a cohesive content strategy across all
platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the performance of content and social media activities.
Use insights to optimize future content and strategies.
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on creating high-end written
content.
Experience writing for senior management or founders, preferably in the consulting sector.
Proven track record of effective copywriting for websites and ads.
Demonstrated success in growing Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
Strong understanding of branding and the ability to adapt writing style accordingly.
Experience in writing about a wide range of topics including Strategy, Innovation, Financing,
Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Management, Recruiting, Operations, and Legal.
Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and strategy.
Exceptional written, verbal, and copyediting skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in written appointment setting with qualified leads.
