Senior Zoho Developer

Levi and Korsinsky LLP is a US based Law Firm that helps consumers wronged by major corporations recover compensation. We have been representing consumers for over 20 years and have offices in major US cities.
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to work with our outbound marketing team. You will be expected to, design and maintain our Zoho CRM system to allow our team members to reach potential clients and to provide excellent service to them.
The job would mainly involve workflows on Zoho to support social media campaigns. This would include at a minimum setting-up pipelines, following Zoho’s automation process, linking the appropriate communications, utilizing e-Signature tools, and tracking the progress for each campaign. Social media campaign experience or graphic design knowledge is a plus. Coding in Deluge and problem solving for Zoho work-arounds are going to be key to success in this role.

SKILLS NEEDED
• Proven track record as a Zoho Developer, Administrator, or Implementer, showcasing a portfolio of successfully completed projects.
• Able to program in any C-language.
• Experience or ability to learn how to program in Deluge and Zoho Creator.
• Zoho developer certifications, such as Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Analytics, are highly desirable
• Extensive experience in creating reports and dashboards, demonstrating a deep understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information both in written and verbal form.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach, displaying initiative and a willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working closely with marketing team to customize Zoho CRM and other Zoho modules to achieve their marketing automation goals.
• Front-end Development: using Zoho tools and coding to provide a functional front-end of the CRM to various users. This includes creating responsive layouts, optimizing workflows for performance and helping create workflow and automation logic for all group functions.
• Back-end Development: Building logic and integrating it with the front-end when necessary using Zoho CRM tools, Delulge and C-language.
• Zoho CRM Management: Designing and implementing database schemas, writing queries, and reports.
• Testing and Debugging: Conducting testing and debugging to identify and fix issues or errors in the automation processes and code where applicable. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements, provide technical input, and ensure smooth integration of design and functionality.
• Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies. Actively learning and experimenting with new frameworks, libraries, and techniques to enhance skills and improve efficiency.
• Documentation: Documenting code, technical specifications, and project requirements. Creating clear and concise documentation to facilitate easier maintenance and future enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• College graduate for Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Software Engineering with at least 1 year of experience
• Programming ability in any C-language and experience or ability to learn how to program in Deluge and Zoho Creator.
• Zoho Developer Certification is plus
