Job Description

The mission of the SEO And Advertising Specialist is to increase the company’s growth by managing, deploying and maintaining SEO and Advertising campaigns for our clients.

Specifically this role is suited for someone experienced working with WordPress, Web Servers / Web Sites, with familiarity with SEO Tools and Terms like “H1 Tag” or “Meta Tag”, as well as principals around search engine optimization and Advertising systems.

You should be able to do SEO related tasks such as web site data processing (i.e. going to Google Maps and compiling a list of 25 or more businesses similar to a competitor and making an excell spreadsheet), or using a web based SEO software to run reports and implement changes. Must be a quick learner as the ability to work with our multiple SEO Tools is a must to achieve success.

You should have experience maintaining, updating and modifing advertising campaigns (We will teach, and show you our systems but you should have experience running or maintaining advertising campaigns in the past such as Google Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin, Retargeting or anything similar). We will show you our sytems and teach you, but you need to posses a base knowledge around advertising systems and concepts.

Here is what success looks like in this role:

– Experience with Advertising in general (ideally you have managed or overseen campaigns in the past)

– Experience with SEO, understanding fundamentals plus experience using tools and collecting data to implement changes on a website or profile.

– Experience with SEMRUSH, AHREFS, or other SEO Tools for SEO keyword analysis tools (or other similar ranking experience and understanding)

– Experience with Excell and spreadsheets for managing and collecting data, as well as willingness to collect data from web based tools (such as google maps)

– Website Updating (in terms of making SEO updates / changes /edits) Most sites we use are based on Elementor, and Divi themes on wordpress.

– Ability to communicate partially (at least part of your shift) during EST (-5 GMT) business hours.

Things you will need:

– good consistent work hours (40 hours a week!) – NOTE we use time tracking software to make sure you get paid for your time!
– good internet that is reliable to be online those 40 hours!
– Access to a reliable computer, with chrome web browser, (We will provide all microsoft tools and software as part of Microsoft 365

Please be aware, assuming you want a 40 hour schedule, that schedule will need to partially include 9am to 5pm based on EST time zone (New York, USA),
and you will be expected to communicate via Microsoft Teams during those hours with the rest of our team.

Additionally, NOT required, but please tell us about yourself if you do have such experience:

Ability to answer phone calls in English is a plus – please let me know if you have ability for this.

Hello, My name is Atlas, and I am looking for a full time virtual assitant to help our growing online advertising and marketing firm.

Atlas Omni Media runs over 100 web sites focused on lead generation, affiliate marketing, and direct digital product sales utilizing
a combination of online tools (Weebly, WordPress, Clickfunnels) and more.

I am looking to bring on a full time virtaul assistant immediately for long term growth to assist with these specific tasks:

– Helping Administer / Setup / Manage a number of wordpress based sites hosted on a cPanel / Linux based server

– Directory Site Experience (managing / configuring and understanding what they are is a major plus)

Additional SEO work would include
