THE ROLE:
As the SEO Account Manager, you’ll be the linchpin of our SEO team, coordinating projects, supporting clients, and driving results that exceed expectations. You’ll have the opportunity to work within the specific niche of martial arts schools to lead initiatives that impact their bottom line.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Coordinate projects and tasks for our SEO upgrade clients, ensuring prompt action and completion.
> Provide exceptional support to clients, guiding them through their SEO journey and delivering measurable results.
> Lead and motivate our SEO team members, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and teamwork.
> Work with the SEO Department Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to optimize client outcomes and address challenges proactively.
> Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client onboarding, project management, and team operations.
> Identify bottlenecks and problem-solve to keep projects on track and drive continuous improvement.
> Keep management updated on departmental progress, successes, and challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
> You will need to support our clients and team from 2pm EST to 11pm. Only apply if you can work these hours
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
> Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO strategy and execution.
> Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
> Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
> Proactive mindset and a relentless drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
> Ability to think strategically and problem-solve, with a focus on delivering value to clients and driving business growth.
> Experience creating SOPs, onboarding clients and team members, and optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
> Understanding of SEO elements, including keyword research, WordPress websites, link building, Google PageSpeed optimization, and more.
