Salary: Negotiable depending on skill, capability and experience. If you have experience in managing a digital marketing team, we would be willing to consider offering a higher salary for the right candidate.
We are a consulting company based in Sydney, Australia. We offer business consulting & coaching, business services and digital marketing to our clients.
We currently have a team of VA’s from the Philippines and are wanting to add more people to our team.

Website Developer
Social Media Manager
Content Creator
Graphics creator
Video creator
Bookkeeper
General VA
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Ads Specialist to manage our SEO and our digital marketing for SEM and paid ads on Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Linkedin etc.
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Ads Specialist, who is creative and thrives on variety, is able to communicate effectively, juggle competing priorities, and manage their own time and work with minimal supervision once given the job brief and had discussions for any clarification required.
As the SEO & Ads Specialist, you must be experienced in on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and keyword mapping. The desired candidate will also be competent in SEM, Google & Tube Ads, search and banner ads. They must also be competent in tools for SEO/SEM, & paid ads.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to provide relevant and creative content for whatever marketing campaigns we are running or to build brand awareness for our respective brands. You are a team player, who is honest, pays attention to detail, adheres to deadlines and is open-minded and motivated to share your ideas and contribute to the team with any support or assistance that you can provide.
You should be creative, confident and willing to ask questions, share your ideas and strive to work with the team to create content that will build brand recognition, increase engagement with our customers and ultimately increase subscribers, followers and ultimately sales with the original content that you create.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

Have high standards, morals, integrity and most of all be honest.
Be a self starter and be able to work with minimal supervision once you have been given all the information about the requirements. We will always be there for questions and to provide any support as required but you must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to manage your time accordingly
Be confident in your own capabilities to get the job done in the required timeframes
Be able to communicate well in both written and spoken English
Able to develop processes and ideas and implement and execute them
Must be willing to work full time on the timezone of Sydney, Australia
Must be looking for a long term position
Key responsibilities
Overall marketing and advertising strategy, planning, ad campaigns.
In addition to EDM, blog, graphic, video and social media content creation briefs for other VA’s for the content that you need.
Plus ongoing reporting for all ad campaigns, SEO and SEM results, page and keyword rankings etc.
For SEO – on page, off page, back linking, keyword research, keyword mapping and landing pages
For SEM – Google Ads, Google Search, Google display, YouTube ads, FB/IG Ads, Tiktok
Google tag manager
Produce monthly reports
Manage internal approvals and deployment of digital assets
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for the content calendars across our brands and/or customers
Work with the Marketing Manager and the team to ensure social channels are reflective of our content strategy and consistent with tone, messaging and appropriate to the target market of the content
Assist with strategy, concept and content planning across our brands
Assist in preparing briefs for graphics and video creators and website designers and developers designers and others for the content you have created
You must be willing to do a trial task which we will give you to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience we are looking for.
Initially the successful candidate will be engaged on a trial/probationary basis with the view to a long term, full time position. The successful candidate must be willing to work full time and we are not looking for any freelancers. This is a full time, long term position with opportunities to grow, advance, increase your salary and earn bonuses. Your monthly salary will be negotiated depending on demonstrated ability.
